An old boat sparks a wonderful distant memory.

Walt reveled in the colors and light of beach scenes and seascapes.

Whether Walt was on assignment or on vacation, he always had a camera with him in case he came across something beautiful or eye-catching. Sunset Reflections captures a moment of respite, walking on the beach in Montauk, NY. In an isolated spot on the beach, an old boat had been abandoned or maybe washed up from the sea.

Walt marveled at its patina and colors, and it was added inspiration for his sought-after series of women on the beach.
